heated pool big fridge
the heated pool was a total win, it was just the right temperature and i swam every day. the apartment had a kitchen with all the basics and a big fridge, i really like it.
The gym is quite small. It needs more equipment.

helpful staff thoughtful service heated pool stocked kitchen
I found the staff helpful. they provided thoughtful service throughout my stay. the heated pool was so inviting, perfect for a relaxing swim after a long day. i especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen. It had everything i needed.
the dstv signal was sometimes poor, causing some buffering during viewing, it was something annoying

the location is very convenient. i could easily walk to nearby cafes and supermarkets. there were many restaurants within walking distance. the area safe area and accessible.

The bed was very comfortable. daily housekeeping services kept the place tidy and fresh. the room had a great size. It ensured i had space to relax. the shower was a highlight, with consistently hot water and great water pressure.

mixed feelings about this apartment
unsafe steps slow reception
the lack of elevators was a real issue since my room was on the fourth floor i had to use the stairs constantly the steps were small and felt unsafe increasing the chance of tripping. the service was slow reception staff did not seem to understand my concerns or try to resolve them quickly. the bathroom had a faulty bidet which they never fixed despite multiple complaints the foul smell was constant and unpleasant.

excellent apartment stay!
helpful staff heated pool perfect size
the staff was helpful with directions. the pool was heated and felt great after a long day. i found the size of the apartment perfect for my needs. the kitchen included all essentials for simple meal preparation, including a microwave.
the absence of an elevator did present a slight inconvenience.

the staff was helpful and polite (always smiling!). i especially loved the heated pool and the delicious breakfast served each morning. the apartment felt spacious and clean. i found great value for the money spent here, a place i would revisit.
the room lacked air conditioning, relying instead on a portable unit.

helpful staff equipped kitchen heated pool
The staff was really nice and helpful. the apartment kitchen was well equipped. I could easily cook meals. the heated pool was amazing. It was always warm and inviting!
the gym equipment looked a bit old and could use some maintenance. it was still functional, but newer machines would be nice.
