the heated pool was a total win, it was just the right temperature and i swam every day. the apartment had a kitchen with all the basics and a big fridge, i really like it.

The gym is quite small. It needs more equipment.

the lack of elevators was a real issue since my room was on the fourth floor i had to use the stairs constantly the steps were small and felt unsafe increasing the chance of tripping. the service was slow reception staff did not seem to understand my concerns or try to resolve them quickly. the bathroom had a faulty bidet which they never fixed despite multiple complaints the foul smell was constant and unpleasant.

the absence of an elevator did present a slight inconvenience.
