Very nice Experience!

The hotel has such beautiful features. I particularly loved the sky walk. It was great for photos. The staff were AMAZING!!! Don in the gym was especially helpful. I spent time at the spa and had a relaxing treatment. The therapist was professional.

Some things sadly went missing from my room.

Check-in was seamless due to Rahab's kindness and helpfulness. Staff across the hotel demonstrated excellent service. Jackson, Clive, Philip and David were really good to.

The hotel is conveniently located near the market and various activities. Security is notably tight and provided added peace of mind. The rooftop view offers a great perspective of the surrounding area.

Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices and was very good. The hotel offers several restaurants with world-class cuisine. I had late lunch at THE HIDE restaurant, and it was served very well with well-prepared food.

the architectural design is visually fine. the staff provides great service. suzan took a food order late at night. rahab and esther at reception provided perfect service.

the pool area is very slippery. they have not used rough tiles for pool areas. steak house orders took over 50 minutes. the aged steak was tough.
