the location was convenient for getting around the city. it made travel straightforward. the staff at the reception and gate security were very helpful and patient. i appreciated their assistance.
The lobby looked different from the photos online. It was smaller. the rooms also lacked a stove. the breakfast didn't meet expectations for a 4-star hotel. I noticed small cockroaches on the floor near the breakfast table.

i REALLY loved my room! it included an electric kettle, a microwave, AND a refrigerator. the beds were COMFORTABLE. the staff was helpful and breakfast presented many options. EVEN vegetarians have plenty of delicious choices during breakfast.
during my stay, the room cleaning could have been more THOROUGH. i noticed some areas were missed during the cleaning process.

The gym provides access to a steam room, ideal. The equipment includes several treadmills and stationary bikes. Towels and water are readily AVAILABLE. the garden restaurant on the 6th floor features a view of the playing field.

The staff at reception are helpful. They connected me with a wonderful tour guide who arranged trips to local parks. staff are consistently warm and ALWAYS smiling. i found them consistently trying to assist with my needs.

the hotel's location offers convenience, with numerous eateries and shopping malls nearby. the hotel benefits from being on closed territory and has security, it felt REALLY safe. access to the airport is straightforward and QUICK.

The absence of an electric adapter, though mentioned on the hotel's website, was a slight inconvenience. I was informed all were already distributed, and purchasing one became necessary.

they didn't consider a late checkout, even by 30 minutes.
