Really good Stay and Service!!!

The spacious rooms featured a nice swimming pool. I also enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and well-equipped gym. I appreciated the multiple options for dining. The staff was very helpful, friendly, and efficient .

I found the floors to be quite confusing because the reception was on floor 3. The lift lacked clear information about the floor directory. I ended up going up and down multiple times by mistake. More clear signage would be beneficial.

even with constant communication, i had to pay an extra fee upon arrival. the airport pickup was advertised as complimentary, but they still asked me to pay.

The reception staff provided excellent service. Peter assisted me with forgotten cards and arranged their delivery before my flight. The team showed dedication. The hotel location offers easy access to and from the airport.

The meat in the choma pizza I ordered was not fresh, and the pizza was stale.

i stayed for a few nights and i found clean, spacious rooms!!! the bed was super comfortable, i got a good night's sleep, for sure. the staff was very helpful and understanding, i REALLY appreciated it. there's even a brazilian restaurant, right there, a must-visit!

the rooms show some age, even after some redecoration, it is just a fact.

The hotel provides a convenient shuttle service near the airport. The driver was punctual. the bed was comfortable, which helped with rest after a long journey. i found the staff helpful and quick to respond to requests. the room was clean upon arrival.

I found the floor numbering a bit confusing. Reception was on the third floor, but there was limited signage in the lift.

the food was acceptable.

The floors were confusing! there was no information in the lift to tell you what was on which floor, so i went up and down a few times by mistake. the phone in the room didn't work. I found out when i tried to order room service.
