the spacious room had a fantastic shower and a very comfortable bed. staff were super friendly and really helpful, the lady made a delicious omelette!

i found hot water issues daily! i had to run taps for some time to get warm water, not hot, but warm. also, i did not like the cashless operation of the hotel!

The rooms are spacious. the service is very good. the breakfast offers many options. the lounge area provides good space to relax. i will return for another really good experience. It impressed me.

There were issues with the room's air conditioning. It was loud. the staff was not very helpful in resolving the issue. i had to switch to a much smaller room. there was no apology or compensation offered.

The staff were genuinely helpful, especially with arranging transport. My room had a safe and a mini-fridge (both worked perfectly). The gym had several treadmills and weight machines. I found the variety at the breakfast buffet great (especially the fresh fruit).

i found only one minor issue, the tv in the room was quite old.

My room, a Beautiful Double Room, was spacious. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of choices. The food was AMAZING!!! The hotel provided free and secure parking, which I greatly appreciated. The rooms were big and impeccably clean.

The hotel's cashless operation was inconvenient. Every purchase incurred an additional fee through my bank. Paying with legal tender should be an option.
