The staff showed genuine kindness. Sarah at check-in and alice were good conversationalists. the hotel decor felt beautiful and the rooms were very clean. the history behind the hotel enriched the entire experience, i found it very interesting.

the provided room amenities and equipment seemed to need an upgrade. the lamb burger i ordered from the restaurant felt disappointing. i felt the service was slow.

the staff consistently showed a willingness to assist, which i appreciated. alex at the restaurant stood out with his attentiveness and polite manner. kendra at reception was very cordial, showing excellent service.

The room had elegant furnishings with beautiful fresh flowers. The bed offers very soft linens and plush pillows. The staff were helpful and professional, always with warm smiles. I appreciate the attention to detail in every aspect of my visit.

I noticed a small stain on the carpet in the hallway. But is not a problem.

the staff were all attentive. i received fresh juice when i checked in, a nice touch. i ate at the thorn tree cafe and it had the best chicken avocado burger. chef danson made it. jackie and victoria delivered it to my table.

the hotel shows its age. the dark wood gave off a foisty smell on my floor. i had to walk through a full restaurant to get to the pool, it was noisy. it was a bit offputting.

the staff was helpful. i received a hot flannel and a glass of juice upon checking in. the guest services mobilized their staff quickly. they delivered medication to my door in one hour.
