i really appreciate how conveniently located this place is. it's super close to transport links. the supermarket across the street is handy and the area has lots of places to eat! i found the breakfast buffet had a good variety. so many choices!

The breakfast room has a really nice ambiance. breakfast included great muesli along with many accompaniments. breakfast staff was amazing. They were efficient and helpful. they were discreet and smiley, which i really appreciated.

the hotel's proximity to public transportation was a big plus. a bus stop is very close to the hotel entrance. reaching the zoological garden and the city center was simple. there are many restaurants in the area.

the room was not cleaned daily. This was a noticeable inconvenience.

the breakfast includes many options. the staff gave great information about the area. the on site parking was helpful. i also used the regular bus route which was very easy.

i had problems with my room key. i had to visit reception many times because my key didn't open my door. i left my key at reception before i went out.
