superb location clean room spacious room efficient service
the hotel location proved superb. i found moving around town quite easy, thanks to the close subway station. the room was clean and spacious. room service was prompt and very efficient.

charming spot near the action!
easy transportation lovely surprise luggage holding
I appreciated how close it was to everything. Transportation was so easy. the free breakfast i received upon arrival was such a lovely surprise! the staff also held our luggage after checkout. That really worked out well for us.
the hallways were fairly dark. it made finding our room a little difficult initially.

The staff was trying to help. The beds are comfortable. I managed to check in early at 11am. The room had two large beds and two bathrooms (it was awesome).
The train passes really close to the hotel. (It can be noisy).

The receptionists responded to all my service requests. Essam at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He facilitated all our requests and made us more than comfortable. This.

The hotel location is close to shopping. A train station and bus stops were just a few minutes' walk away, i found it very convenient. It is right in the heart of everything (very accessible).
