The staff was trying to help. The beds are comfortable. I managed to check in early at 11am. The room had two large beds and two bathrooms (it was awesome).
The train passes really close to the hotel. (It can be noisy).

The receptionists responded to all my service requests. Essam at the reception was very friendly and helpful. He facilitated all our requests and made us more than comfortable. This.

The hotel location is close to shopping. A train station and bus stops were just a few minutes' walk away, i found it very convenient. It is right in the heart of everything (very accessible).
