The staff was cute. The housekeeping team did an amazing job. Fresh towels and a perfectly made bed were provided. Cleanliness is a top priority there, i could tell.
The breakfast menu lacked diversity. It was a repetition of the same options daily. Water was not provided in the room. I had to pay two euros per bottle after the initial complimentary one.

the breakfast had a good variety of options. i also found the safe in the room very convenient for storing my laptop and other valuables.
the bathroom seemed a bit old and could use some updating. i also noticed the mattresses were not in the best condition , as they felt quite worn.

The location was convenient. The bus station for the main bus routes sits directly in front. I also appreciated a postcard welcome message, that felt personable. The staff remained quite organized, something I value when traveling. The room was always clean.

i liked the hotel location because it offered cheaper rates than the beach hotels. the metro station was a short walk. coffee shops were very accessible. the rooftop had lovely city views with a nice pool. i found a jacuzzi too.
i think i paid a little more for some exclusivity and it was missing.
