decent stay overall
helpful staff hotel cleanliness small room poor soundproofing
the staff was helpful i could ask for information. the breakfast offered decent options for both savory and sweet foods. i also appreciated that the hotel was very clean.
the room was too small for comfort. the soundproofing was poor i could hear noises from the hallway.

cute staff decent breakfast options good location
the staff seemed very cute i could leave my luggage before check-in at the reception. breakfast offered decent options including savory and sweet choices. the location was good nearby i found both supermarkets and restaurants easily.

The staff looked friendly and helpful .
Cleaning was not thorough. I noticed hairs on the floor. I felt compelled not to walk barefoot. The sound isolation was also poor.

Wonderful City Stay
convenient location spacious room modern room good breakfast
The location offered convenience with nearby transportation options. I found the room spacious, clean, and modern. The breakfast had good variety each morning. I appreciated being close to the Aerobus stop for easy airport access. The walk was only 15 minutes.
The sound isolation was not the best. I could hear some noise from the hallway.

subpar cleaning rushed cleaning
The cleaning was subpar. i found hairs in the bathroom upon arrival, a definite sign of rushed cleaning. the lack of attention to detail was frustrating. It reminded me of a superficial wipe-down instead of a thorough clean. this carelessness really soured my experience!!!
