Really good Stay

the location is great near the gothic quarter with many restaurants nearby i found the bed very comfortable and the shower was excellent the wifi worked well throughout my stay. the managers provided a helpful list of restaurants each recommendation was indeed very good i tried several and was impressed. the staff were helpful and friendly enhancing my experience significantly. the breakfast offered a great variety ensuring a satisfying start to each day.
the room was minimalist thus lacking certain expected items such as tea or coffee facilities this absence was a minor inconvenience though i managed well without them.

The breakfast had fresh and varied options every day. My room was clean. The bed had comfortable pillows and a good mattress. The hotel is on a clean street. The hotel had a pleasant scent (i liked it!).
The air conditioning was not very effective. I could not tell if it was on or not and it was very hot. The gothic neighborhood is quite dangerous. It was a little scary at night when returning to the hotel due to the people passing by (i didn't like this).

The staff promptly responded through whatsapp, offering helpful advice about local sights. rooms were comfortable. The bed was firm! and i found the shower temp and pressure adequate. amenities were provided
the air conditioning setting was difficult to understand. i could not tell if it was on or not, so the room felt warm.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city. I found the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. The room had everything i needed for a few nights (i appreciated the quiet air conditioning).
The room was good size, but there was no fridge. I would have liked that, especially during summer.

i appreciated the helpful front desk staff. they assisted with questions. the cleanliness of the room impressed me. breakfast offered fresh options. wifi access was easy to use. i also found bluetooth speakers in my room.
