the breakfast had delicious food and tasty coffee. fresh juices were also available. the room was clean. it also included a balcony.
the reception staff could use training in guest communication! when i asked questions, they seemed distracted and didn't make eye contact. it.

the staff i encountered were VERY helpful. i even got a complimentary local wine and mineral water bottle in the room.
The sound insulation between rooms wasnt GREAT. I could hear some noise.

poor sound isolationdirect air conditioning
The sound isolation was subpar. I heard conversations and movements from adjacent rooms. The air conditioning unit blew directly onto the bed. There was no way to redirect the airflow. This made sleeping somewhat uncomfortable! though the room temperature was well-regulated.
