Acceptable, but with shortcomings
thin walls broken air conditioning
The breakfast was adequate (i think) and offered a reasonable selection of items.
Several issues affected my stay. The walls were paper-thin. I could hear every word from the next room. the air conditioning wasn't working. The room was uncomfortably warm at night.

helpful receptionist clean room daily cleaning
The receptionist assisted with the iron. all questions i had received nice answers and help. the room was clean when we arrived. It was cleaned every day properly.
The rooms had minimal sound proofing. I could hear everything happening in other rooms.

attentive staff dining recommendation breakfast buffet poor soundproofing missing amenities reception request
The staff answered questions attentively and provided dining recommendations. The breakfast buffet tasted delicious and was worth the price. The hotel was approximately 20 minutes on foot from Bogatell Beach, and public transport was easily accessible.
The room did not have enough soundproofing. I could clearly hear conversations from neighboring rooms. This disturbed my rest. Basic amenities like an iron, ironing board, and kettle were not provided at first. I had to call the reception to request these things.
