I found the breakfast buffet had great variety. i appreciated the choice of breads, rolls, meats, and cheeses. eggs were cooked to order and were delicious. i liked eating in the lobby bar two evenings. The food was well prepared. the hotel's prime location across from the frauenkirche was especially convenient. the christmas market was a highlight, particularly with my room facing the square.
the bathroom lacked soap and toothpaste, requiring a quick trip to a nearby store.

The location is really unbeatable! i mean, smack dab in the city center! our room had plenty of space. the bed and linen were top notch, and everything worked so smoothly! breakfast was wonderful. I relished the fresh, local goodies and the staff's amazing service. it was all so exciting and new!
honestly, the room got a little too toasty for sleeping. even with the window open all night. the air felt still. and the ac was off-limits!

the room i got wasn't great it faced some sad courtyard. breakfast got really crowded it was pretty awful. it seems like a fair thing to do especially for people who want a quiet stay.
