Excellent Stay in Central Location
central location quiet room friendly staff
The location is very central, providing easy access to main attractions. My room was well kept and quiet. The staff members were genuinely friendly. They offered assistance whenever needed. I found the breakfast had great value.
Elevator wait times were occasionally long during busy periods. Only two of the three elevators were operational.

The location offered immediate access to the city's heart! My suite featured window seats that were lovely. I savored moments just gazing upon the buildings nearby. The robes felt wonderfully soft.
The shower was inside the bathtub, and I found that a bit inconvenient.

Jovana at the front desk gave a warm welcome! The staff also arranged a taxi quickly when needed. They were very kind and attentive to our needs.

I found several good restaurants close to the hotel! Some of these eateries stayed open until 11 PM. This was a delight after late evenings exploring the area.

central stay with great amenities
quiet atmosphere convenient location underground parking
i found the room large. it had a quiet atmosphere. the location proved convenient. plenty of restaurants were available right outside. the underground parking was beneficial.
the television did not work correctly. more importantly, the shower was pretty much unusable, as the mount for the shower head was completely out of order. it is baffling that a place otherwise well kept would not notice. and fix the issue in this room before cute new guests.

the breakfast featured plenty of fresh fruit and juices. it included all kinds of bread and pastry. yogurts, cheeses, salami, and warm dishes completed the offering. coffee and tea selection was also great.

The hotel offered a mini self-served shop. it operated 24/7 near the reception. this allowed convenient access to food and useful items. We appreciated this facility. we loved the cosy vibe.

a decent stay downtown
convenient location helpful staff room cleanliness tv functionality freshness issue limited view
the hotel's location proved very convenient. its proximity to local attractions made exploration easy. i found the staff to be helpful (they were particularly responsive to my requests). the cleanliness of the room was also a plus.
I found a couple of things amiss. the tv in the room had some issues with functionality. this was a bit annoying after a long day of exploration. also, breakfast could have been better. Some items seemed not as fresh as i would have liked.

dark breakfast area broken shower
the breakfast area was too dark. it seemed like eating in a cave, i did not like that. also, my shower had a problem the mount for the shower head was broken. i could not use it properly. it is a shame the hotel did not fix it before i arrived.
