the location was indeed very central. this aspect worked well for exploring the city.
Unfortunately, service did not meet expectations. the breakfast selection felt limited, and items were not refilled promptly. staff seemed overwhelmed. They struggled with cleaning tables and taking orders, and my waffles were cold upon arrival.

The hotel's location was supremely convenient. I really liked having TWO sinks in the bathroom, a definite plus. The room also included a separate space for luggage storage, helpful.
The internet policy seemed strange, high-speed access should be available for all guests, not JUST reward members. Breakfast service felt a bit overwhelmed at times. It was difficult to get the staff's attention. The food selection at breakfast was limited, especially considering the hotel's level.

the location was quite central and convenient.
the phone in my suite did not connect to reception easily i tried multiple times before reaching anyone also my suite lacked some expected amenities i found an iron sitting on the desk unused after the second day the spa area presented poorly there were no hot water refills and towels were strewn about.
