The location was wonderful. It was so easy to reach everything i wanted. i found the staff members very kind and helpful. the newspapers were a lovely touch in the room, it made my mornings.

The lack of daily cleaning was unexpected. It required an extra request. i also thought breakfast could have had more variety. not having a restaurant or bar on-site was a bit disappointing too.

The location was very convenient as it was right across from the main train station. I found the proximity to Prager Strasse beneficial as well. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful (they were always ready to assist). I was grateful for the modern roomwith a fridge, very useful during the hot days.

I noticed the absence of tea and coffee facilities in the room, but I was thankful that a kettle and cups were provided upon request (small detail, but it does make a difference).

The room was clean and quiet at night, nice for a good night's sleep. Twin beds were comfortable, always a plus for a restful stay. The room had a good size, fitting for my needs.

The breakfast room was large and offered a good selection of food and drink. Breakfast was efficient and varied, especially when I wanted a quick start to my day. The quality of the food and drink was good.

The hotel is near several tram lines and the train station. The train station has many food outlets and a supermarket for convenience. There is also another supermarket a short walk from the hotel. an excellent bakery and cafe nearby.
