convenient location helpful staff fresh pastries breakfast variety inconsistent cleaning street noise bathroom hairs

the hotel's location was really convenient it was close to many attractions. the staff was helpful with directions and local tips i liked that. also breakfast included a variety of options and fresh pastries it was delicious.

the room cleaning was not consistent throughout my stay that was disappointing. i noticed some hairs in the bathroom after the room was supposedly cleaned also the noise from the street at night was a bit disturbing i could hear the trams.

convenient location, nice and neat

direct streetcar modern appearance manageable walk excellent location

the hotel's location proved excellent for accessing both the hauptbahnhof and the city center. a direct streetcar line runs from the hauptbahnhof directly to the hotel. the hotel itself appears modern. i found the walk to the city center manageable.

i needed to specifically request room cleaning . this wasn't a major issue, but it's good to be aware of this policy.

the room included comfortable beds... the space was clean and well-kept, offering adequate space for luggage and movement. the temperature control worked effectively. adequate sound insulation also contributed to a quiet environment.

excellent location clean room helpful staff confusing system low pressure inadequate towel

the location was great. it was close to many attractions and also the train station. the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. i found the staff to be helpful (especially with directions).

the parking system was confusing. i struggled to find a space initially. the water pressure in the shower was quite low. i also thought the towel supply in the room was inadequate.

The hotel's location was great , near the train station and key tourist places. The installations were modern , and the staff was helpful. I found lots of places for drinks and food. a shopping mall across the street.

difficult access no minibar

The parking garage was difficult to access. it required navigating a circuitous route with numerous traffic lights. i also found the lack of a minibar disappointing. A complimentary bottle of water would have been a welcome touch.
