the location it was good. i found the staff very attentative. the breakfast also had a vast array of choices and it did taste delicious to me. my room, a beautiful double room, was well appointed.

the spa it lacked the attention to detail i had expect. also, the room service was very slow and sometimes it was incorrect orders arrived. the gym equipment it was quite dated and it needs some improvements.

The front desk staff seemed disinterested. They didn't greet me upon arrival, and requests took a VERY long time to process. The breakfast buffet was alright, but some items tasted cheap. The fresh juice wasn't actually fresh, and the pastries tasted stale.

The staff was nice and quick to respond to requests. Breakfast was wholesome and delicious. The room was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. I enjoyed the breakfast menu. The 'simit bread' tasted AMAZING!!!
