fantastic stay!

excellent buffet new machines good location beauty room

i find the breakfast buffet excellent, it has so much choices. the gym is nicely equipped with new machines, i like it. the location is good for taksim restaurants and attractions, really close. rooms are beauty, the design makes you feel comfortable.

the spa pool was a little cold, i think need more heat.

the fitness center offers a variety of equipment, with three treadmills and several weight machines for resistance training, so i don't miss my workout. the indoor pool area includes about twenty loungers and a shaded section to relax after a swim.

my room has two separate sinks and a rainfall shower in the bathroom, perfect for getting ready quickly. the beautiful double room includes a minibar stocked with complimentary drinks and snacks, that i appreciate. blackout curtains ensured a dark room for sleep.

The staff was kind and helpful. I appreciated the warm welcome from every team member, including those at reception, in housekeeping, and at the restaurants. My room was spacious and tastefully designed. It felt very relaxing. The hotel offers various dining options at different price points, and the breakfast was delicious. I also really liked the well equipped fitness center and large indoor pool. It was easy to maintain my workout routine.

The fragrance in the public areas felt a little strong for my taste.

the room was clean. the staff were nice and helpful and courteous. i found it very charming. the location is great, very near to taksim.

the swimming pool was cold. the jacuzzi bubbled cold water, too. the shower in the room had a broken tap, so it was either cold or hot. that needs attention.

i really enjoy this hotel. my room it was clean and modern, i had a really nice bed and a huge bathroom. the staff was always polite and very helpful. i had a yummy breakfast every morning with lots of tasty options.

the gym equipment need a little updating, they seems a bit old.

the location it was good. i found the staff very attentative. the breakfast also had a vast array of choices and it did taste delicious to me. my room, a beautiful double room, was well appointed.

the spa it lacked the attention to detail i had expect. also, the room service was very slow and sometimes it was incorrect orders arrived. the gym equipment it was quite dated and it needs some improvements.

disinterested staff stale pastries

The front desk staff seemed disinterested. They didn't greet me upon arrival, and requests took a VERY long time to process. The breakfast buffet was alright, but some items tasted cheap. The fresh juice wasn't actually fresh, and the pastries tasted stale.
