the hotel staff were attentive. breakfast included various options. the location was near many key attractions, so everything was pretty much accessible. it was easy to walk to sights from this hotel, and that saved time and energy .
the hotel could improve the room size. the photos made the rooms appear larger than they actually were, so my room felt a bit cramped. it would be good to have more space for luggage. i hope they consider room adjustments.

The hotel is located very close to many historical sites. I didn't need ANY transportation. The tram and metro station are right in front of the hotel. The staff were always polite and helpful.
There WAS a terrible sewage smell in the room. I noticed dirty mouldy spots in the bathroom. The room was smaller than the picture.

The location was very nice. Marmaray sirkecy train station was only 80 m away. the connection to sabiha gokcen airport was seamless and quick. we received an upgrade to a larger room and breakfasts were included. it was a wonderful surprise.
There was noise because of the proximity to the tram line. The sounds were disturbing sleep. it was a noticeable drawback that impacted the peacefulness of our experience. i hope the hotel can address this .

The hotel is near to many bars and restaurants. it has easy access to major attractions like hagia sophia. galata bridge is also just a short, pleasant walk away. This positioning really allows for convenient exploration.

I am upset about the noise. My 'Beautiful Double Room' was not quiet at all. A tram line runs right outside and it was loud. The provided WiFi also did not work well and this made things more difficult.
