superb location and modern comfort

convenient location modern decor clean bathroom swift assistance

i found the proximity to the station convenient. the modern decor created a cute atmosphere. the bathroom fixtures seemed new, and i noticed everything was clean. the staff provided swift assistance upon request.

The bar stool felt somewhat out of place. A small table would be more functional.

The breakfast presentation was very good and the staff were friendly. i observed the breakfast buffet included croissants, cheese, yogurts, butter, and jam. the food looked fresh and well kept. I definitely enjoyed it.

the hotel is adjacent to the train station, made my travel very easy. several shops are nearby, which i greatly appreciated. high street access is quick, and i reached a clinic there within four minutes.

modern decor quiet hotel

the modern decor gave the rooms a fresh feel.. i liked how quiet and peaceful the hotel was. breakfast was also a highlight for me as it had many options available. the staff were very friendly and helpful too.

some issues encountered

electricity issue no water

the room was lovely and clean. the bed was super comfy and the air con was amazing.

i stayed three nights. during my second night the electricity went off. the toilet would not flush because of no electricity, there was no water so i could not shower. it was a huge inconvenience.

lovely design comfy bed free wifi

OMG the room DESIGNS were lovely. The bathroom provided everything I needed if i forgot something. The bed was SUPER comfy. The tv also rocked! Free wifi is always a PLUS.

I wasn't given ANY hangers. I asked and they said it was because the hotel was changin to Hilton. The hangers had to be Hilton standard. They had NOT arrived yet!

Adequate, but Room Issues Need Addressing

small room unresolved issue

The room was quite small. There was also a strange smell coming from the bathroom (i suspect a problem with the drains). I reported this issue, but it wasn't resolved , disappointing (especially after a long day). The lack of resolution significantly detracted from the experience.

awesome stay!

convenient bar friendly staff

I loved how close the hotel was to the station, it made getting around super easy! the bar was very convenient, especially since it's open 24 hours so i could grab a drink whenever i wanted. the reception staff were always ready to help. Bianca, gill, and ariola were friendly and accommodating!

not being given hangers was such a letdown! i had to attend business meetings in wrinkled clothes, which wasn't ideal.
