the resort had plenty of seating available near the pool and on the beach. the pools were very big. areas of shade were always available. the staff were helpful and kind.
the rooms smelled damp upon entry. the hotel did not provide room slippers. they also didn't give extra water in the bathrooms for brushing teeth.

the hotel had friendly security checks at both the main road and beach. energetic staff radiated positive energy. i found every corner was quickly scanned and attended to.
the buffet was hit and miss at times.
