The staff was accommodating. the infinity pool offered a great space. i enjoyed the food at the buffet. dinner at the private dining restaurants was also awesome. the drive back to mombassa only took 30 minutes. I was prepared for longer.

there was traffic, the drive from mombassa took 2 hours upon arrival

i stayed in a beautiful double room with a balcony. the bed was very comfortable. the grounds had immaculate gardens and i enjoyed the views of the ocean from the swimming pools. i ate at both restaurants and the food was delicious.

i found the resort facilities excellent. the setting allowed me to relax. the staff members were friendly and professional. the rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped with necessary amenities.

dirty windows adjustable air conditioning

the staff called a taxi promptly when requested they were very efficient

the room i booked a superior double or twin room terrace had issues the air conditioning could not be adjusted the temperature was either too hot or too cold this made sleeping difficult the windows were quite dirty obstructing the view i expected better maintenance

a balanced experience

friendly staff well maintained pools slow check-in laundry service

i appreciated the friendly staff. jamal from the jambo team was excellent and made the activities enjoyable. the swimming pools were also well maintained.

the check-in process was quite slow upon arrival. i waited nearly an hour to get into the room. the laundry service shrunk a sweater, and the receptionists laughed about it.
