The chef, Veriander.!! Vikram, the GM, was friendly. Benson and Sammy from the concierge team catered to all our needs and requests. The gym has equipment. I think it is one of the finest gyms I have seen in a resort.

The grounds looked a bit run down. The water feature in the center of the grounds has rust marks that need painting. There are areas where they started power washing the paths and it looks like they just gave up.. I think some areas are clean. Some are very dirty.

I adored the hotel. It provided numerous Lovely spots for daily enjoyment. the staff was quite helpful and met my needs with a smile. the setting is amazing. The comfortable beds made it easy to sleep in.

Our room lacked proper maintenance. There was a large crack in one sink. a door handle on the toilet was VERY loose. the food selection was limited and repetitive. It lacked variety.
