i found the resort to be more focused on corporate events. internet service was disappointing. acknowledgement of guests reminded me of a consideration for tips.

constant noiseslow service

the advertised 'high-speed' wifi was barely functional. I couldn't even stream a movie without constant buffering. service at the restaurants was slow. It often took 20 minutes to get a drink order, even when the place wasn't busy. i'm not sure how this place earned its rating.

i appreciated the prompt service i received. the diverse dining options were a highlight! the well kept pools were refreshing, and i found the activities engaging. it was a relaxing coastal experience, and i felt well taken care of during my time there.

The lighting in the room felt a bit unintuitive. It was difficult to adjust the bedside lights.
