Excellent stay with a view

I appreciated the superb view of the lake from my room, situated to take full advantage of it. the room itself was spacious with good equipment. the hotel restaurant provided a good selection of swiss dishes, i found the bar's outdoor seating cute. the hotel maintains its history throughout its decor. It is ornate with very high ceilings in common areas.
The limited number of parking spaces created a minor inconvenience, i had to find alternative parking nearby. this caused a small amount of stress upon arrival. it did not diminish the overall positive experience of my stay.

The staff offered a friendly WELCOME and helpful service . They were quick to address inquiries. The team contributed positively to the atmosphere. Attentive service ensured a smooth experience overall.

I liked the spacious room with an attached lounge area. The continental breakfast included great service and Victorian-style windows in the dining room. The view overlooked the lake. It was fine.
Parking spaces were very limited! It was stressful without a parking spot.

Wonderful Stay with Excellent Service

I found the staff very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Ricardo picked us up from the train station. He provided useful information during the short drive to the hotel. He helped us with our luggage and organized a dinner table with a great view. The hotel also prepared delicious sandwiches for our journey, priced at only 5 CHF each.
Parking spaces are limited, made finding a spot challenging at times.
