the room was large with a big bathroom. the bar area had live music and the service was great. i really liked that!

The spa was closed and this was not reflected on the website. the hotel restaurant was also closed and that was a let down.

the breakfast had different varieties, it was amazing. the reception staffs displayed amazing and friendly manners. i was grateful my room was upgraded and i received a complimentary pass to use the cable car. the hotel bus service was also helpful.

the quality of our room did not meet my expectations. paint peeled off the wall.

the hotel is near the lift but on the edge of town. a hotel shuttle is available. this makes getting around very convenient, especially with ski equipment.

my large family room included a big balcony. the bed sheet felt very comfortable. a lot of storage space was available to accommodate luggage and clothing, keeping the room tidy.

dusty rooms old hotel

The hotel was excellent. Everything met expectations. breakfast was included and offered a good selection.

I arrived at the hotel and was told that my room would be ready at 3 p.m. at 3 p.m. i had to wait another 40 minutes. the hotel is old and has lots of carpeting. They don't vacuum the rooms every day, so it gets dusty.
