mixed feelings about the stay
excellent locationdated decorlimited breakfast
the location was indeed excellent, very close to the train station.
The room decor seemed quite dated. the shower room looked tired and could use updating. the breakfast selection also felt a little limited. I expected more choices.

i really liked that the hotel's location was convenient, right next to the train station. i found the breakfast had a good selection of items. the staff were quite friendly and helpful. the room was very clean, which i definitely appreciated.
the fan in the room didn't quite cut it, and i wished there was air conditioning to keep the room cooler during the warmer hours, especially at night.

The location next to the train station was indeed very convenient.
The lack of air conditioning made for an uncomfortably hot room. The windows only tilted slightly, providing little airflow even with a fan (sleep was difficult). The restaurant's late opening at 7 PM forced us to seek dinner elsewhere, a definite inconvenience.

The hotel is directly opposite the train station. I appreciated its convenience for catching the Bernina Express (it saved a lot of early morning stress). My room had a balcony overlooking the square with a nice view. The bathroom was large and modern.
The hotel lacked air conditioning in the rooms.

the restaurant offers a good dinner and a fine breakfast. i found the staff helpful and professional, and i could leave my luggage after checking out. they stored my bags until my afternoon train, very handy for me.
the room fan did not lower the temperature. i noticed there was no air conditioning in the rooms, only in the lobby. it was an uncomfortable night.
