the staff seemed new and unsure. they gave me a dark room at first, and then the wifi was weak in the second room they gave me. getting a luggage frame took hours, and they locked the fridge even after i put down a deposit?! it seemed like i was at a 2-star place, not a 5-star hotel.

The staff was friendly, and they checked me in fast. The room was very clean, also comfortable. The large bed had fluffy pillows, and I really enjoyed the nice bathtub.

The breakfast did not have a good selection. There was no freshly squeezed orange juice. The machine coffee was poor.
