The rooms were clean and large. The health space had a gym, a pool, and separate spas. The buffet breakfast offered a good price. It included lots of seafood.

The air conditioning was not working properly . The staff mentioned this issue.

The lobby staff was very helpful upon arrival. The housekeeping lady was also super helpful, the room was always clean and well kept. This level of attentiveness. The staff had good knowledge of English.

the subway entrance right outside the hotel made going places much easier. the hotel had a huge variety of foods for breakfast, and i found it clean. the room was very hygienic, and i felt safe .

The room i had faced the main street, and it was quite noisy (even after requesting a quiet room). the windows did not seem soundproofed, so i could hear everything outside. the air conditioning did not work properly. It only blew air.

I found the hotel to be in an ideal location. There is a subway station right outside. Many bus routes are available as well. I also had access to many places within walking distance. The facilities were clean and quiet.

The room did not have air conditioning, only fan control. I changed rooms because it was very hot inside. The new room was the same, even the hallway was cooler than the room. The front desk staff looks tired.

mixed experience with outdated facilities

loud fanmusty odor

the room felt quite outdated (i expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber). the bathroom exhaust fan was very loud and seemed to run constantly. also, there was a noticeable musty odor in the hallway leading to my room, which wasn't the most cute thing after a long day.
