friendly staff detailed attention easy access

I found the staff to be very friendly and accommodating. Housekeeping was amazing. They kept the room clean, even without the housekeeping switch activated. A special mention goes to Shailendra Ranabhat from the HK team. I appreciated his attention to detail very much. The hotel's accessibility to shops and restaurants was a definite plus.

I experienced strong noise inside the hotel. It was difficult to sleep, and I felt the service was pretty basic considering the laundry cost.

The hotel has perfect customer service. the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I had a double. fresh flowers throughout the facility are calming. the lobby with a waterfall was lovely. It.

the hotel didn't support us with our bags. i had a terrible experience. i couldn't sleep. expensive laundry was provided.
