outdated design poor maintenance

The room design felt VERY outdated. I noticed there were no charging ports on either side of the bed, so I had to use the desk. The decoration seemed old with POOR maintenance. It's something that bothered me a little. I think there are many new hotels around that could offer better choices for a lower price.

The hotel is close to terminal 1. I walked there easily. The Executive Room I got had high-speed Wi-Fi. The Business Center helped me print a document late at night.

The air conditioning did not work well. I felt very hot.

separate sinks nice view comfortable bed

i stayed in a beautiful king suite view for three nights. the room included two separate sinks (very convenient). the large windows gave a nice view. the bed was quite comfortable, and i slept well.

the check-in process felt a bit slow. there was a line, and only one staff member was available.

this location offers very easy access to terminal 1 (i could walk there). the shuttle bus to terminal 2 was also quite rapid. this made my transit quite smooth.

The location is convenient since it is close to the airport terminal (about 300-400m). I found the signage helpful.

My room smelled heavily of mold. The dampness was quite noticeable and unpleasant. I also had trouble with payment, as I couldn't access my banking apps due to internet restrictions. This made it difficult to handle transactions until I was informed about the ATM.

The hotel offered a shuttle bus service from the airport. It made getting to the hotel very easy. The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. The room was quiet and provided a good rest.

The room interior looked outdated. I noticed the absence of cotton buds in the bathroom. The hot water in the bath did not work . The internet access was restricted, impacting my ability to use certain apps.

the staff provided early check-in due to my flight schedule, and their friendliness stood out. i had dinner at the hotel restaurant, and the food tasted great with excellent service. the proximity to the airport made travel easy, and i appreciated the hotel's convenience (a big plus when you're tired).

an outdated stay near the airport

outdated room bathroom cleanliness

the location is really convenient for airport access making it a practical choice for transit passengers.

the room felt seriously outdated and poorly maintained there were no charging ports by the bed so i had to charge my phone at the desk. also the bathroom cleanliness was not up to standard i found long black hairs in there it was quite disappointing.
