I appreciated the clean room, and all systems worked well. Restaurants provided excellent food selection, and beverages were readily available. The staff members were friendly. Service was excellent. It started at check-in and continued until check-out, with extra help offered actively.

The hotel is beautiful, but one must purchase a hairpiece to wear in the indoor pool.

I found it very close to the canton fair. the staff was excellent and attentive. the swimming pool was also great. It was clean. i would highly recommend this hotel.

my room felt a little small. the tv was old, and the picture was not clear. i hope they update the tvs soon.

the rooms feature nicely appointed decor. beds are very comfy, i slept very well every night. i had two separate sinks in my room. the room size suited my needs as a business traveler.

the reception staff was very attentive. the team on level 1 helped me receive a parcel. they neatly disposed of the packaging for me. the team assisted with taxis very quickly.
