FABULOUS suite experience!

The suite had EVERYTHING I needed, even a washer and a dryer. A roomy balcony showed MOUNTAIN views. Staff were courteous and very cute ALL around. The air conditioning worked GREAT in that HOT weather, PLUS the room was soundproof!
The main frustration I had was there was no ability to control the temperature in the room, as the thermostat was locked up inside a plastic casing. It was still quite warm, WHILE I was staying there during the day.

The hotel provided easy access to nearby attractions. The hotel is not far from the main street. This made exploring the area very convenient, ESPECIALLY for dining and shopping.

The hotel includes amenities SUCH AS a hot tub, a steam room, and spa services. I loved the convenience of having a kitchenette, even in the hotel-style room. It added a touch of home.

The staff was very helpful in providing information on how to get around and what to visit. They PROVIDED us with bathrobes. I was actually VERY actually surprised by the level of attention.

There is a restaurant within the lodge. Having a restaurant on-site offered a convenient dining option. Guests can enjoy meals without needing to leave the premises, a PLUS after a long day.

Comfortable Stay

The kitchen was well equipped. A washing machine was in the apartment. Underground parking was available. The staff was friendly.
There was no air conditioning in the room. The room faced west. The room was hot upon arrival. It stayed hot throughout the night.

The reception staff was completely indifferent and not even present 24/7. The hotel operates on its own from approximately 11 pm to 7 am. There is a cleaning fee if you don't wash dishes or something.
