wonderful stay:)

maintained grounds lagoon pools
i loved the well maintained grounds and the amazing lagoon pools! i also appreciated the water stations located throughout the hotel. our young kids could stand easily in many areas of the pool, very convenient.
The hotel seemed a bit far from town. This made spontaneous trips somewhat difficult. a more frequent shuttle service would be beneficial.

relaxing stay

amazing pools helpful staff
The pools were amazing. the room was spacious with two queens. the staff were well trained and helpful. we walked on the beach every evening. It was fabulous.
the customer service was very poor, and the room service was equally poor. when we went to the pool, there were no towels available.

cane toads noisy air conditioning
i found some issues . cane toads were present in the pool, and the staff didn't seem concerned. i saw baby cane toads on the pathway. also, i felt the air conditioning was noisy, and i couldn't adjust the thermostat.
