the hotel has a great position for marina access! dining and the esplanade are very close. my room was spacious and very clean. the staff was also friendly and helpful, i thought.

the distance from breakfast to the room was a little long.

The breakfast buffet at The Backyard downstairs was excellent!!! The staff was helpful and friendly. The gym includes a spacious pool and games for kids. It felt luxurious.

underwhelming stay, some issues observed

torn lampshades manual system

I found the room quality inconsistent. the blackout curtain didn't fit properly, a real problem facing the sunrise. lampshades were torn, and the a/c was an older manual system. it seemed like i was constantly discovering new maintenance issues. Hardly what you expect.

the location was great, specially for boat tours. my room was super nice and neat. i liked pillows also and marina view was beautiful.

the hotel starting to look a run down. it need some maintenance. i saw some wear and tear.

decent stay with a few niggles

efficient staff great location strange architecture dreary lobby

the staff was friendly and mostly efficient, even if there were a few hiccups. i liked the location since many restaurants were nearby and the city centre was within a reasonable walking distance. the air conditioning in my room worked very well and there was lots of space.

the architecture of the building felt strange because km of corridors were needed to reach my room. the pool area lacked charm and felt sad. hallways and the lobby felt dreary.
