small room cramped bathroom
the location was acceptable! close to everything i needed.
The room i had was a disaster though, so small it was almost comical. i booked a 'beautiful double double room sea view' and it barely fit two people, let alone the four it claimed to accommodate. The bathroom was cramped. the lack of space really soured my stay. It seemed like they were squeezing too many guests into too little space.

good air conditioning comfortable bed small bathroom bad coffee
the location was convenient for exploring the surrounding area. the staff members i encountered were friendly and helpful. the air conditioning in my room worked well. the bed was also comfortable.
the bathroom felt quite small and cramped. i noticed some rust on the bathroom handles. the coffee in the room was not particularly good. there were no extra amenities provided unless requested.

the breakfast buffet presented a lot of variety. i found the location central. the staff provided smiles and kindness during check in.
I found the room was not as clean as i expected. there was hair in the bathroom. i noticed limited toiletries in the room. Water was not supplied either.

The room was clean, tidy, and quite lovely. breakfast offered a great variety of foods. the location allowed easy access to nearby places i wanted to visit. the air conditioning in my room worked very well. It kept me cool and comfy!
The hotel phone needed replacement. It was a minor inconvenience.

the hotel provides easy access to many dining options. the local rsl is located just opposite the hotel. this made it easy to find options for dinner and entertainment right nearby, SUPER convenient.

my king guest room included tea and coffee making facilities. there was a fridge for storing drinks and snacks. i found an iron and ironing board in the closet. also, there were ample clean towels provided daily.

the hotel features a buffet breakfast with varied options. housekeeping provided daily service with fresh towels. laundry service was available with same-day return if items were submitted before 8 am. the gym is open 24 hours!!!

the staff was polite and helpful. they were also very knowledgeable. every staff member was thoroughly professional and very friendly. i received assistance from several staff members including marlon, kim, and luse.
