convenient access direct lift
the location offered convenient access to lambton quay. a lift connected the lobby directly to the shops and the waterfront. (it saved a lot of walking!).
the room i stayed in lacked a bit of natural light, i think.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet offered a very good choice. the location provided easy access to the central business district..
i had some trouble getting through to room service with my order. the shower didn't work properly. i didn't report the shower issue until i checked out.
