small bed chaotic breakfast
The beds felt smaller than i expected. the bathroom felt quite dark. I had to open the blind for more light. breakfast was chaotic. I waited to be checked off but no one came. there were only paper cups for juice, no white sugar, and lukewarm hot food. i waited ages before a chef noticed i needed a poached egg.

convenient location harbour view helpful staff small gym unaccompanied kids long wait
The location was convenient. It was close to EVERYTHING. My room was clean and tidy, it had a nice view of the harbour. Super nice team. Jen were really nice for me at check in.
The gym was quite small, and there was a group of girls blasting their music in there. This made it uncomfortable for others to use it. Parents left their kids unaccompanied in the pool. The kids were jumping in, screaming, and splashing EVERYWHERE. Hotel staff told us it would be around 10-15 minutes to collect the car, but it took much longer.
