lovely island stay

fine scenery pool bar
i had a warm welcome with a refreshing drink and a pretty shell necklace upon my arrival. my room offered an amazing view of the marina. the pools were awesome, and it was convenient to have activities throughout the island. i enjoyed the pool bar and the ample lounging space by the pools.
the shower in my serenity suite had a design issue. the bathroom would flood every time i showered. also, the phone in the room would not connect to reception, i had to go downstairs whenever i had questions.

friendly staff good food standard room relaxing time
While it is not as busy as other islands, I only needed three nights to unwind. The restaurants offered several choices and activities. My room was a standard hotel room (maybe not generous in space). The staff were consistently friendly and helpful throughout the hotel.
I thought the food was expensive because there were limited options. the food was quite good at the infinity restaurant.

The resort featured multiple pools with ample loungers and a section with shade. Water sports were available, and the living reef, flowing through the resort, offered a unique experience. There was also an outdoor cinema.

warm smile vibrant flowers infinity pool
staff greeted everyone with a warm smile at arrival. grounds were meticulously kept, gardens had vibrant flowers. infinity pool sparkled, it offered hours of relaxation. breakfasts were a highlight with many options that were included. these little things.
some areas looked a little tired. the resort is in need of some refreshment.

Underwhelming stay. Needs improvement

dirty skirtings missing shower gel
the cleanliness was not ideal i noticed dirty skirtings and a stained bed frame in the room bathrooms were not thoroughly cleaned and shower gel was missing the cleaner broke a cup then left shards and water on the floor after i asked her to clean it she denied leaving it there also some requested extras like towels and toilet roll took multiple requests to arrive
