I really appreciated how unbelievably large and spacious the rooms were, definitely a highlight of my visit! the amenities were fantastic. I had everything i needed for a comfortable stay. the staff were very accommodating and always ready to assist.
The wifi keeps buffering. It really needs some improvement. it.

The location is walking distance from the main areas. This offered a balance of convenience and tranquility. it is close to yachting and boat excursions, great for exploring the islands. The boardwalk to the centre is beautiful.

There are two nice pools available. They provide options for both relaxation and recreation . the gym features three treadmills and two stationary bikes, it allows guests to maintain their fitness routine. there is a horizon pool offering a secluded peaceful space!

The staff was attentive and helpful, they always addressed my needs quickly. i found the service genuine. The team was dedicated to. the free shuttle service three times a day to the central business district was helpful.

The apartment had generous space and a well-equipped kitchen. These. there are two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. These added to the luxurious feel. the rooms were comfortable and very clean.

faulty air-conditioning continuous knocking
the apartment was spacious. it had all the facilities i needed.
The air-conditioning did not work for two days of my five-day stay. People accessed the hotel regularly to fix it . one of the reception staff came to the hotel, knocking on my door continuously at 10 pm. this got me out of the shower with only a towel on. I nearly slipped to answer the door, thinking it was an emergency, but the receptionist wanted a remote for the aircon that she mistakenly gave me.

perfect spot for a relaxing retreat
quality coffee horizon pool kitchen utensils breakfast buffet
the apartment was massive and included everything i needed, like a coffee machine (it made mornings so much easier!). the kitchen had all the utensils and pans for self-catering, and a supermarket was close by. i especially appreciated the adults-only horizon pool because i was travelling without kids. the breakfast buffet had everything i could want, although real coffee would have been a great addition.
the air conditioning wasn't working for a couple of days , and i got a compensation that was not satisfactory.

room cleanliness same menu
the location WAS acceptable and offered easy access to near attractions.
the room cleanliness was not good. dust accumulates on the bedside tables, and it seemed like the floors never been properly cleaned. the restaurant presented the same menu for lunch and dinner, that was not appealing.

I was impressed by the apartment size. It was much larger than i expected. the apartment included all the comforts of home, such as a massive tv in the living room with foxtel. the view from the apartment was superb. I greatly appreciated the on-site restaurant and breakfast buffet.
The staff at reception seemed neutral. They were not as cute as i expected. i find that attention to this aspect of customer service could significantly improve guest satisfaction. a warmer greeting would be beneficial

the two-bedroom apartment features ample space and garden views from all windows. it has comfortable beds, quality linens, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. the bathroom has both a shower and a separate bathtub.

The apartment was very spacious, it provided a lot of room. I also appreciated its cleanliness. The resort presented beautiful scenery.
The air conditioning tower made a constant noise. This bothered me when I was on the balcony. The noise felt loud, especially at night.
