The staff was friendly and always ready to help. I loved the beautiful pool area. It felt very relaxing. The hotel's location near the coast and the airport was super convenient (especially for early morning flights!).

I found only two powerpoints in my room, a little inconvenient when trying to charge multiple devices.

I found some real issues . the air conditioning barely worked. It took almost seven hours to cool down the room. to make matters worse, i encountered a rude receptionist. i felt humiliated when i asked for towels. It seemed like i was being interrogated about needing them.

i secured a standard king room for my stay. the wifi clocked in at a speedy 47.6/45.8mbps.. reliable. the breakfast buffet had lots of choices.

the helipad proximity meant i could hear it.
