The hotel is conveniently connected to the train station! making travel easy
The club lounge was a big letdown. Its food selection was limited. The drink options were also poor, nothing special at all. It reminded me of a very basic offering for a hotel of this supposed caliber, quite frustrating

long queue disorganized staff
the breakfast service was not great the queue to be seated was quite long i waited about 30 minutes then tables were not being cleared fast enough the staff seemed disorganized and lacked a sense of urgency it seemed there was no one taking charge to improve the situation and empty coffee pots were not refilled promptly

shower doors no privacy
The location was great as it was right next to the train station.
I was a bit frustrated with the bathroom design. The shower doors were TOO transparent. The sink mirror reflected into the shower, so there was no privacy at all. The shower head was too far from the tub. I could not reach it without getting completely into the tub.

moldy smell warm room
the staff were friendly , especially in the club room.
the room was not clean , i found hair from previous guests in the bathtub. the shower area also had a moldy smell , a considerable problem. the room's temperature was uncomfortably warm , and the thermostat only went down to 18 degrees celsius.

convenient location cute staff delicious cake
I loved the hotel's location near the train station. It made travel so easy. the staff were cute and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. the cake in the coffee area was AMAZING!!!
The bathroom setup had a bit of a design flaw. The shower doors, though intended to be opaque, still allowed some visibility, i felt that it was not well-though.

the room was quite spacious by japanese standards. it featured a large king bed and lovely views from the 15th floor. it included an iron, trouser press, full-length mirrors, and great storage.
