spacious room amazing views splendid breakfast
the room was spacious. it had amazing views towards the castle and the peace park area! the breakfast had a splendid buffet style setup with a good range of options, so convenient. i loved that they have a happy hour for two hours with unlimited cocktails at a fixed price!
the room decor seemed a bit dated.

Acceptable Location, Dated Rooms
lack of ventilation bad atmosphere
The location was undeniably convenient to key attractions, making sightseeing relatively easy.
I found the lack of ventilation in both the bathroom and the room created an unpleasant atmosphere. This was not ideal.

long check-in line expensive pool
The check-in took forever. I waited almost 40 minutes! The photos showed a pool, but access required a large fee. I thought that was ridiculous (and misleading). Everything felt overpriced, and the room next to mine was noisy until 2 AM, the walls must be really thin.

wonderful location , great views
city landscape perfect location nearby shops
i could see the city landscape , and it was a treat to wake up to it each morning. the location was also perfect . It was very easy to walk to many attractions and there were lots of shops nearby.
the hotel could use a general refresh as some of the decor felt a bit dated.

the hotel is conveniently located near major attractions, including the peace memorial park. the proximity to the bus terminal also makes airport transfers very easy. many popular places and shops are within a short walk of the hotel.

my room had a very nice view. the room also includes good washing products , so i did not need to pack shampoo. i was very happy with the size of my room , and the comfort it provided after long days of sightseeing.

the staff at the hotel are friendly and helpful. they were able to assist me with directions and information. the reception staff are kind and speak english well, made communication easy.

the breakfast buffet includes both japanese and western options. i especially liked the fresh omelette station. there are local dishes available , which is a nice way to experience the local cuisine without leaving the hotel.
