The hotel room was large. the bathroom was modern with a walk in shower. the staff were friendly. I appreciated that. the breakfast was good. it had variety to suit everyone's taste.

it was not easy to find a place in a restaurant and reading japanese was an issue.

The hotel is in a very central location near the peace park, shops, and dining options. The check-in process was easy. The room was just the right size for two people with two suitcases. I found the bathroom to be nice.

The carpets in the room seemed a bit old. Opening the windows in the room was not permitted. These were minor issues overall.

Staff members were very kind and polite. I noticed their willingness to assist with all our needs both inside and outside the hotel. The staff smiled at all times, a great asset. I appreciated their help.

the room was smaller than i expect it. my suitcase hardly fit inside. i was hoping for more space to move around.
