the hotel is located in a great spot. it is close to shopping and dining options. there was a washing machine and a dryer available for use. the shared kitchen area was clean and well kept.
the internet did not work . i advised the staff but they could not resolve the issue. the hotel should switch to a better internet service.

i liked the hotel location a lot. it was a walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. our standard twin room was also very cool. the room was comfortable too.
the internet didnt work. i told the staff, but they couldnt help. i think the hotel should change to a better internet provider because its very important now. the room was also smaller than i expect in japan so this is a small issue.
