The staff was very helpful and spoke english fluently. It was very convenient. we stayed on a high floor and the scenery facing the river was nice. bedding in the room was comfortable. The shower was good too.

The window could not be opened. I wanted some fresh air.

The hotel is within walking distance of the jr station. It is about ten minutes. key attractions are also accessible. It is a great help to be so central.

The hotel provided machine check-in. The staff helped without me asking. the gentleman at the desk guided me with each step. The electronic check-in was seamless. it was thankfully easy. A great first impression.

The room i stayed in was a superior twin room non-smoking. it was clean and cozy. the hotel seemed elegant. It was nice to see it well kept.

the tv had no streaming options available. our room felt pretty tiny and i barely managed my stuff. i did not like that the hotel charged my card almost immediately, even though i wanted to pay in cash.

the staff offered early check-in since my room was available. they helped with taxi arrangements and provided travel advice to miyajima. the hotel is a short walk from the station. the neighborhood location across the river ensured a peaceful stay.

the windows are locked so i could not get fresh air.
