The location is amazing and just minutes from the main street. All tour pickup locations were easily accessible. I had luck to see the lights right from my warm room. Staff members were really the highlight.

The location was central for all my planned activities. The airport bus stopped right in front of the building. I found the schedule posted nearby. I thought breakfast offered a great selection and tasted excellent.
The check-in time at 4 PM felt quite late. The reception staff seemed unfriendly and not very helpful. I thought the wardrobe space was practically nonexistent in the room I had booked.

Kyra greeted me kindly, and she was Really good! Hanne at the front desk was also helpful. The morning breakfast manager displayed EXCELLENT service? The 4th-floor housekeeper, petite with brown hair, worked very hard. I loved this place! The staff were ALL very kind.
I noticed the cleaning wasn't consistently thorough. Some areas needed more attention, like dusting in hard-to-reach spots? This did NOT significantly detract from the overall experience, but it's a minor point.

the location is excellent. it is close to many tours. our room overlooked the sea. i saw boats moored along the sides from my window. the breakfast had many choices with tasty breads and cheeses.
the room was not cleaned well. i found a sock left by previous guests. it shows the level of cleaning. the parking is expensive. it is completely uncovered. check-in is at 4 pm. the room was given only after paying an extra fee.
