unclean room industrial cakes
the hotel had a fantastic location. the breakfast was acceptable and the staff were very friendly.
the room wasn't cleaned . even when i put the tag on the door, no one came in. the industrial cakes served for afternoon tea were disappointing.

harbour view friendly staff good breakfast
i had a room overlooking the harbour it was worth the extra cost. the staff were helpful and kind. breakfast offered many choices and the dinner selection was good. the location provided easy access to nearby attractions and the main part of the city
i found that housekeeping was not done regularly. cleaning should occur more often than every few days. the lack of daily cleaning was a minor inconvenience

Excellent Stay with Included Meals
perfect location included dinner very nice views friendly staff
I found the location to be perfect! The hotel included breakfast, afternoon tea, and dinner. This was a wonderful feature. The views overlooking the bay are really very nice. I could see lots of boat activity. I enjoyed the warmth and friendliness of this hotel.
The room lacked drawers for clothing. I had to live out of my suitcase. The kettle lead was also too short to reach the plug, inconvenient.
