clean room comfy bed

the riad is very charming. upon arrival, i received a tour of the premises which helped a lot with orientation. our room was a junior suite and was clean with needed items available.

the bed was comfy though the pillows felt a little too soft.

really good stay!

local delicacies excellent service constant concern

The breakfast included a wide variety of high-quality products, also several local delicacies. Rabie and Azizi provided excellent service. Both were always willing to help. I cooled off at the appealing terrace with a swimming pool, a sauna, a Turkish bath and a bar after long days in the souks. Concierge, reception, and cleaning services showed constant concern for helping guests. It was great!

The air conditioning was very NOISY, and I could not switch it off. Hotel personnel also were unable to do so and promised a technician, who never arrived.

central location and amazing service!

clean room gluten-free options attentive staff

i stayed in a beautiful double room . the room was very clean and well maintained. breakfast was amazing (they offer gluten-free options!), and the staff, especially rabie and mustapha, were very attentive. the hotel's location right on the main square made it easy to explore all the attractions.

i did not encounter any negative aspects . the hotel met all my expectations, and i had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

convenient location traditional look strong smell open belongings

The location was very convenient. The traditional look of the hotel was lovely and CLEAN. I liked the rooftop and small pool area.

On my third day, my room was painted while i was out. All my belongings were out in the OPEN.
